Dont know what to name it exactly. Perhaps.. Pasta with Chicken and Curd. But it is the other way It is a chicken recepie. what ever.. As you see in the picture is the dish! Nothing more nothing less!! Kids will love this.
What We Need:
Chicken breast : one piece
Capsicum : Half
Onion : One large size
Tomato : One medium size
Any Vegetable slice cut in square shape:One/two
To Marinate:
Salt as needed
Black Pepper : One tea spoon
Fresh Ginger & Garlic paste : Two tea spoon
Pasta & Curd /Salald as side; For Salad I mix curd, corriander leaves and cucumber alone.

Marinate the chicken pieces and vegetables with the marinate ingradients. Refrigerate for half an hour.
I keep a set of tooth picks handy. I use them to align chicken pieces and vegetables together. Once you have set the the tooth picks with chicken, capsicum, tomato , onion , carrot/cabbage/mashroom combination, put it into to shallow fry with olive oil or vegetable oil.
A tea spoon of butter brings a different flavour altogether if you want. Let all four side cook by turing them in every 5 minutes in low heat. Once al sides are cooked serve it hot with boiled pasta and curd/salad. Njoy! :)
