Wow I Cook!

I started cooking in 2005. I was sharing a house with my 5 collegues. We started our experiments in the kitchen in that Tambaram House. I was not passionate about cooking. The food from office foodcourt were not satisfying our tastes. We used to cherish the tastes of mother's food every now and then. And that was the begining.
Each of us had different food habits and tastes as we came from different districts of kerala. "Too many cooks spoiled the broath" there I knew what this sentence means. The best recepie we used to have was potato curry(sort of fry..). Fish Curry was FLOP which I realize now even though it was superb those days!

In 2008 I moved to Bangalore with my Husband.Being a housewife .. yea.. I started regular cooking. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinnner. There was nothing special about my cooking. I would say it was below average.
Then, when? ............When ? ..And when I started putting my soul into Cooking? I will answer ..Wait..
In 2009 one day at office, my lunch mate commented on my tiffin. He was never interested on my tiffin items. And that day he said he is so proud that his wife cook well. :(.. I became sad. My poor husband. OK. Let me see what I can do..I started experimenting.. I made Biriyani, Fried Rice, Payasam. humm. Not bad.. I tried again. But it is not coming good second time.. So whats missing..
Let me share the secret with you. The knowledge and observation was missing. When you have passion the knowledge and observation ll happen naturally. You will feel the thurst for the tastes and smell then. And thank god for the passion thy have given me. I know what you are thinking now. No... I am not a good cook yet. But I cook good at times and I can cook the same with the same tase. Have a look at the recepies I tried and became a hit@my home.
